The Tribal Belly Dance Ensemble consists of a vest, top, and belt. The Arabic vest is made from black velvet and is lined with cotton. It is has metallic silver trim and three antique decorative buttons across the front. The top is covered in blue crushed velvet and has the same silver metallic trim. The belt is made from black velvet, has metallic silver trim, and is lined with cotton. There is an additional layer of felt over the lining to prevent the belt from slipping while performing. The front closure is a scarf from India and is adjustable for various waist sizes. The tassels on the belt are hand made and hang below the decorative antique buttons. Both the top and belt have been adorned by hand with authentic coins and pendants from the Kuchi tribe in Afghanistan.
